Regretful

I had always thought I would wait for that special person to come along and that our first time would be almost sacred. Instead, the first week of college a senior (whose name I will NEVER forget) got me tipsy, told me how special I was and we ended up in his dorm room. Having too much to drink is no excuse, but I think it was a game to see who could bag the newbie. When he was done he got up, got dressed, and went back to the party leaving me feeling empty and dirty. I still think the first time should be with someone you care about. It is an age old ritual to try to get the Freshman in bed. He did that and probably thought nothing later on. I will forever remember the time and wish I had waited.
