I was a high school sophomore. Mick was a guy I’d known two summers earlier when I hung out at a neighborhood swimming pool where he was a lifeguard. My friends knew him as well—now he showed up at school as a new substitute teacher. So he was easy to talk to; we’d known him as our ‘bud’ the lifeguard before and having him around school was like having a big brother to hang with around school and between classes, even if he was not substituting in one of our own classes. He was much older than any of us. Most girls could not understand why we three girls could get so close with him. He liked to talk and listen to us and have great conversations about stuff other guys were totally bored with. We all had mega-crushes on him. We had a make believe bet over who could have sex with him first…..not believing a guy his age would even be interested in any of us.
One Saturday morning after track practice I accidentally ran into him at the donut shop where I always stopped on the way home–during our conversation I told him about our girls’ secret make-believe sex bet! He asked me why it was a make-believe bet and if I was interested in making it real! He said it would be our secret!
He had a really nice camper–the kind that sort of sits on the back of a pick up truck. We did it there. He really took charge, took his time and got me totally hot, sweaty and horny before penetrating me. Just kissing and undressing me seemed to last forever when I was so anxious to begin. We did it for what seemed like a much longer time than other girls ever talked about in relaying their experiences.
We did it a few times after that, then lost track of each other. And my friends never found out–he kept his promise to keep it secret. I think in retrospect that I was lucky to find a guy that much older and experienced than me to get me started.
