It all started when I was 13. I met this boy at the begginning of 7th grade. He was in my homeroom and there was just something about him. I got to know him a lot better as the year went on. By about 2 months he and I were best freinds. We loved all the same things and did all the same hobbies. He wasn’t particularly popular, another reason I liked him, because most of the popular girls at our school dress like whores and the guys dress like posers.
One Saturday evening I went to his house because it was the ONE TIME that his parents weren’t there. And yes, he does have a sister, but she is in college, so she obviously wasn’t home. Anyway, he invited me over to his house alone because he found a scary movie that he wanted to watch, but he’s not supposed to watch rated R movies (I know uptight parents), and he knows I LOVE horror films.
So when I got there he had made some macoroni and cheese, and so we ate it and then started the movie. It was a 70’s movie I had never seen before, but heard about it. It turns out he’s not the horror type like me. That pretty much meant that while I was just sitting there admiring the film’s style, he was curled up in a ball (not really) against me. And the fact that I REALLY liked him made me nervous that he was all over me because he as apparently feightened by the movie.
