I had not had sex for over a year, since my husband, Jim, died suddenly, at age 35, of a massive heart attack, while we were jogging. It came as quite a shock. We’d only been married 4 years and we had really enjoyed each other sexually for several years, even before we were married.

Nothing happened that night, but it was obvious to both of us

Anyway, I immediately said Yes, and he picked me up at my house the following Saturday. It was a pleasant evening. A very nice dinner, a movie (with plenty of love scenes and sex in it), and then the drive home and parking in my driveway. We “made out” a little in the car, french kissing and fondling, and then, I invited him in the house. I really wanted him in my bed! He readily accepted.
After a couple of glasses of wine on the love seat in the family room, and some intimate talk, we went to my bedroom, and undressed each other — very slowly He was all that I expected underneath those jeans and sport shirt (and, nothing else!)and in a few minutes we were lying next to each other, naked in bed. Since we both knew what to do and how to do it, we did it! My God he was so good. He was willing to use a condom, but I told him, No. I had been on birth control for several years, and wanted him just the way he was – natural. I had several orgasms within the first hour. He stayed the night, and I had several more. So did he! He kept telling me what a great body I had and how wonderful the sex was!
We’ve seen each other three times since that evening, and twice he’s stayed the night with me, and the third time, I slep in his bed.
I think this will be something regular from now on — perhaps even permanent.
