I had been dating this guy for 5 months. There was something about him. As soon as we started dating it felt like we had never been apart. I felt like I was always with this guy even before we met, literally like we were always meant to be together. We had talked about doing the deed for a few weeks and it was never awkward. We were almost adults (17) technically and we were mature enough to make a plan rather than just wing it and regret it. We made a plan to do it during our lunch break in between classes. We almost always went off-roading in his jeep during lunch so we thought might as well do it then. I was feeling uneasy that day and called it off at the last minute. He agreed that it didn’t seem right and we talked about it. I realized I didn’t want our first time (It was his first time too) to be a “Wham, Bam, Thank you ma’am” Kind of thing. I wanted to “make a night out of it.” so we did. We went to our favorite spot, a little clearing that seemed secluded from the busy city. You could see tons of stars and knew no one would bother you. We had come here a lot before just to hang out. We laid the seats down and went at it in the back of his jeep. It was the best night of my life. And today is our 2 year anniversary! I could never regret that night. We went on a date, we had a WONDERFUL time and then we went and ate giant corn-dogs and rode roller coasters!
