So I used my middle name and his last name so this would be a bit harder to name names. I felt like I needed to share my story as more of a warning to anyone who reads this. Make it special, because I screwed up.
My first time was with the guy I love more then anything in the world. (BTW We’re still together) He was 16 and I was 14. We were close a few times, but we made a promise that we had to be together at least a year before we did anything. We made it to a year and a few weeks. It was July 2011 and it was during band camp week. During Lunch, we were allowed to leave the school, and I live just a block away. We left the school went straight for my house, and then to my room. My parents weren’t home so we took full advantage. My bed is small so we moved to the floor. We were close, and then, it was time to get back to school. We ran back to school and finished band camp for the day, and afterwards we ran back to my house. By then my parents were home and I thought that it was an omen, but my body didn’t think so. We went to my room and keep the door open just a crack so we wouldn’t get in any trouble for having it closed. We started making out again and we picked up from where we left off. We moved to the floor, and made love. It wasn’t romantic, it wasn’t slow, it was in-out few times more and then done. It wasn’t because we didn’t think it should be special, it was because my parents were in the other room and if we spent any more time with our pants down we were sure to get caught. We finished, kissed, and went back to the school for the band camp after party.
I watched GLEE “First Time” Episode and I realized that I made a huge mistake. We could have made it special, we could have made it a date and gone to dinner then a movie and retired to the back of his car, or go to an empty house (there’s a lot of those around here) and made love. But instead we just wanted instant satisfaction and we did it on my floor in a few minutes. I didn’t even orgasm. No pain, but no pleasure. Never be satisfied with quick forgettable moments, wait and make it special.
P.S. I will never regret it being with him.
