I was 28 and was teaching Math at a local high school. Cathy was one of my students. She was a Senior and told me she was 18. She certainly looked that age or even more. Then, one day, after class, I had forgotten to lock my classroom door, and while we were both naked, and fucking each other furiously, another teacher came in the door and caught us in the act. She was not very understanding, and though I tried to reason with her, she reported us to the Principal, who in turn reported me to the authorities. The law, I guess, required that, even though both I and Cathy tried to tell him that we both had consented to this. He said she was just 17, and “under age” and, under Iowa law, she was a minor who couldn’t legally consent.
Cathy did not want to press charges or testify against me, but her parents did, and the aggressive Prosecutor, desiring to make a name for himself, I guess, proceeded anyway. My lawyer told me, frankly, I would be a fool to fight the charges, because the facts were really indisputable.
I ended uppleading guilty, thinking maybe I’d get probation, but no such luck. The Judge said therecwere guidelines that he had tob follow, and sentenced me to 2 years in prison, and 4 years probation on top of that. Of course I lost my job.
I was just released last week, and decided to write this as a warning to all those who might get enthralled with someone who looks older than she really is. Be sure to check her ID! Had Cathy been 18, I guess there was really nothing they could have done criminally, but because she was 3 months shy of 18, our world crashed in on us.
I do want you to know, however, that I don’t regret at all the great sex I had with Cathy. It was incredible, And I hope that someday I will see her again. She was the best fuck I ever had in my life.
