I fell in love with a girl many years ago. I still think of her often.Her kisses were sweet and tender.
Most of all I enjoyed just being with her and talking. I miss you Melinda ! I wish I wouldn’t have run away.
I was afraid of someone caring about me. At the same time afraid of being rejected. I couldn’t have stood that.
So instead I ran away, and I’ve been miserable through the years thinking of what might have been. I still love you Melinda.
