I’d been dating this guy for about three months and we’d never really talked about sex, but things happened quite quickly at this party.
My friends parents had gone on vacation so she had a party. most people got too drunk and ended up falling asleep. Ben (the guy in question) and I had been fooling around upstairs, on top of the clothes stuff. And he just came right out and said: “Should we do it?” At first I thought he was joking so I just agreed and let him put his hand up my skirt.
It wasn’t until he reached for the condom that I realised he was serious. I didn’t have time to get nervous about it, he asked if I was still okay with it. I thought “What the hell, it’s gotta happen sometime.” Thinking back it was probably the wrong attitude, but I don’t regret it.
It was all over in about 5 minutes but I’m glad we did it then.
Since then we’ve had more practice and can make it last a lot longer. The corny thing is we’re still together and we are getting married in October.
