I had never been what you would call a popular person in high school. I had very little friends, and no females in my life to speak of. Consequently, when I was in college, and a female actually showed interest in me, I jumped at the chance.
I wound up getting myself into a relationship with a girl about a week into the school year. We talked a lot and hung out a lot… we even slept in my bed together constantly. I knew she was a virgin, and I was a virgin (obviously, or else I wouldn’t be telling this story), and we were both pretty eager. 10 days after we met, we got the opportunity, finally! it seemed like. I remember being nervous about buying the condoms. It seemed like it was over in a hurry, and it was a really big mess afterwards.
We had sex a lot in the years that we were together, but it never really meant much. I later found out that she was using me as a surrogate for the boyfriend that she left back home, before college.
I learned a lot about sex from her, including how to please a woman, but I also learned that sex is a lot more special than some people make it out to be… for me it is, at least. I don’t consider it a wasted effort, but I truly can’t wait to have sex with my wife… whoever, and whenever, that may be.
